They will be in the studio on the night itself, but an impressive backdrop for the week before the election on CNN:

Shame about the mess of on-screen clutter.

Do they run the coverage ad free? Most networks running 7pm-2am, though Fox News topping that by offering "67 hours of live coverage" on election night.

Hopefully there will be some non geo-blocked live streams online, including CBSN which always works for me in the UK.

I'm interested to see how CBS News and CBSN will pan out. It sounds like they've kept the big stars for the main network, leaving CBSN with a small set of B team anchors. I was hoping they would maybe have a more integrated approach to election night.

I usually stick with CNN on election night out of habit, though I'll probably end up sampling CBS and Fox to see what they do. It's also interesting to see that FBN will have its own coverage, yet there's nothing mentioned of CNBC. I guess they'll be in the usual string of reruns?

Fox News and CNN have unofficial streams on Youtube. If you have apple TV, you can get the live tv app which has CNN.

US networks seem to make predictions as soon as the polls close for each state, will be interesting to see if they are right.

Yes, but I'm pretty sure the CNN stream on Apple TV is available to US cable subscribers only.

The other way you can watch CNN outside the US is to pay for CNNI on Livestation. It's about ~€4/month. I think it's only available in the EMEA region.

According to my Virgin Media TiVO EPG, CNBC Europe will be showing "Your Money, Your Vote" from 00:00 to 05:00 GMT. I was half hoping they might be simulcasting the NBC network coverage, but no joy. Bloomberg also doing a results show from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT.

NBC News showed their coverage of the debates on YouTube, so I was hoping that they might do the same for election night.

CNBC US are producing their own coverage, separate to NBC News & MSNBC.

BBC Parliament are showing C-SPAN coverage from 1am.

Al Jazeera English are doing their own coverage as well, starting at 10pm.
