Last night I captured Lookaround in full, tonight Opening, joining pan-regional and weather/close from ITV News Tyne Tees... (Regional DOGS back too, looks like just TT&B using them)
Christ Pete, Kelso doin' well this week! (4:20)

AKA - mess.
Border's news operation is branded as follows, post 18:15...
ITV News Lookaround on the TV guide, ITV News Tyne Tees & Border on a studio plasma and LOOKAROUND as the DOG.

I'm surprised that the "Tyne Tees & Border" name is now being used post-18:15.
The previous practice of largely/entirely trying to avoid mentioning any programme name whatsoever post-18:15 seemed quite a clever solution to me - allowing any given viewer to continue regarding it by the first half's title.
For any television programme - news bulletin or otherwise - to change name midway through a single continuous episode/edition/bulletin is rather odd.
