Is there any chance of Reporting Scotland receiving a set update similar to the nationals or the Wales set?

Yes, there is a chance. The scale of which would be pure speculation.

And that's before considering how much a waste of money it would be. Both the nationals and Wales sets had quite good justification for their changes.

By pure chance I have caught Reporting scotland this evening, and I have to say its really sloppy and poor.

Any chance of some more constructive criticism?

Heard a rumour that Reporting Scotland is in line for a new studio and possibly updated titles by February.

Just as long as they don't follow what the English regions are doing...

Presumably it'll be a Wales type thing where the non-red colour is made about 5 Billion times pronounced. Probably a Wales Type set as well and they now have room for two set areas.

Looks like they're using a temporary set. The shots are generally very close and, in the 630 edition, the background seems a little blurry. Relaunch must be imminent.

The Breakfast updates come from the newsroom IIRC.

Non 630pm bulletins used to come from the newsroom. But, I believe, all bulletins now come from the studio as part of their commitment to beef up production standards, etc. Having said that, I'm pretty sure we're getting all news from a CSO set at the moment.

I know the late news comes from the studio but I though the other updates came from the newsroom set.
