It should be noted that Studio B is also in use weeknights from 22:30 GMT to 23:20 GMT (plus rehearsal time ahead of that) for Newsnight.
Once BBC News moves into Broadcasting House, all of their bulletins, plus the BBC One Bulletins will come from Studio E, with the exceptions of 17:00 - 18:00 and 21:30 - 22:00 to allow studio E to rehearse for a national bulletin, 13:00 doesn't rehearse. I marked in bold what and where BBC World are broadcasting in case BBC News needs to break away from the nationals.
17:00 to 18:00 is going to be in Studio C while BBC World are in Studio B anyway, while I think 21:30 to 22:00 is going to Studio A as BBC World need Studio C in case of transmission failure or Daylight savings time anomalies when transmitting World News America.
Hope this helps your understanding

Busy day for Chris Rogers! After doing the early on BBC World at BH, due to sickness he is now doing the afternoon on the News Channel at TVC, as well as doing the bulletin on Sunday Politics an hour ago. What time did he finish on World?

Doesn't the Sunday Politics News come from W1 as a CSO ? Or is it from the Clip Studio at TVC?

It's from that rubbish clip studio - always looks very poor especially going from HD Sunday Politics to terrible CSO. I look forward to seeing how they'll do it following the big move!

They said they last worked together 27 years ago! Unbelievable!

I know Penny's on BBC London but I'd love her to get a bigger TV news job. She's a really great broadcaster, with a clear, engaging presentation.

Plus Fiona's such a joy to watch. She lets her real passion for news show.

Must be the first time in my life I've gone to the BBC IPlayer to watch back the paper review on the News Channel after reading these comments! I absolutely adore Penny Smith and think she is a fantastic broadcaster. She was easily the best out of the old GMTV lot with her quick witted sense of humour and experience. I would love to see her get a job on the BBC News Channel.

That would take it back to 1986 when I think they were both working at Border Television. I know Fiona joined ITN in 1986/7 and I don't think Penny had any involvement with them. They certainly wouldn't have worked together at GMTV, but that was later anyway.
