It's a mock for a package of idents used from the early 90's to the late 90s. It made sense to use the EMP Logo. Besides, there are no rules for mocks that you have to use present logos.
Because it's meant to look like frosted glass with the image behind it refracting through it.

You didn't say that in your post though. It's better to state that it's for a bygone era otherwise it's implied it's for today.

I hate jealous ppl, really chats my ass!!!! and another thing, how come most the mocks I see on here are just still images? at least this one is all moving and dancing!

Hit the nail on the head there. We only criticise just because it was posted.
That's an idiotic point. I doubt that the majority of the British public could do a better job at running the country but they are still entitled to criticise Gordon Brown. Same goes for mocks.

Yes. Never mind whether they're good designs or whether they're any good, if it's an image we should all hate it and if it's a video we should all love it. It's the way forward...
We're not moaning, we're criticising. This is why people post these up to get constructive criticism. Regarding the posting of our own, see my point above.
One last thing, one punctuation mark is normally sufficient, not five question marks.
