Clean ITN Early Evening News theme from 1993

Does anyone have a clean version of the 1993 ITN Early Evening theme and bed? (April 2020)

The original was library, written by Alan Hawkshaw. I believe that the version used by ITN in 1992 (not 93) was rearranged for them

'Liberty' sounds quite close but I imagine it's a derivative work. The ITN lunchtime theme from 1989-1995 was actually based on "Great Days" by Alan Hawkshaw: https://www.emipm.com/en/browse/labels/MHI/8
