Central idents and animations

Hello everyone (first post) - I know its a bit rude to hijack someone elses thread, but I just thought I'd add my own Central mock.

In reply to Central South's original post - I quite like the animation with the orange - although maybe sticking to a more traditional Central globe might work better?

CentralSouths: These mocks are terrible and thats all there is to say about them.

Heathbury Centrals: Good Mock but I dont like the old-fashioned design.

So what software did you use then?

TBH I would rather not say. Anyway, it is not relevant now as most of you don't like my mocks.

Funny, I have had a reasonably good response on another forum I post on, they gave me 4/5, so must be the people on this forum then.

Another thing, I bet half the people on here who moaned about my mocks, have never done a mock before and probably can't, jealous phraps?

Right, below is a picture of the original central cake ident, now the original will always be the best. As you can see there is not many ways you can improve on that ident, without changing it's shape or design completely. Yes you can change it's color and maybe reverse it but that is about as much as you can do with that. So people who think that someone should come up with some sort of radical design, stop fooling yourselfs. My mock uses the same principal but is different and it don't look like the central cake, so i think it is not a bad try. Yes maybe the colors I used are not to everyones taste but that is just cosmetic. The thing is I tried but if you think you can do better, then get of your backsides and prove you can do better, until then get off your high horses and stop moaning about something you could never do or even have tried.

And my boring color version, you will see it is diffrent and the design is a bit diffrent. It is good to be diffrent as it is boring just doing what has already been done

And all these great central designs and animations, have been done before, so there is no point in doing them again, which doesn't leave much room for improvement, as i was saying above. You have to try and be original. Anyway See links below.

The fact that you're refusing to state the name of the software to me hints more than slighlty at the fact that it's probably a big pile of cack. It's also quite amusing to see someone who has very few posts acting very arrogantly towards the longer-standing members of this forum. I think your mocks are vile, and for your information, I mock regularly. I don't necessarily post the mocks here though, as they may not be of interest to the majority of people.

Can we have a link to the forum in question who gave you 4/5?

I agree with Adders. If you're arn't going to say which software you used, we can just go by the images and think that it's some crap n00b-Photoshop thing. And although you don't want to give any details of anything, can we please have a link to this other forum?

The people giving your mocks 4/5 out of 5 didn't exactly say why they liked them did they? What qualities make you think your mock deserves full marks, compared to the very best mocks out there that get similar ratings?

You'd get better feedback if you improved your attitude as well. Getting all defensive just because someone else claimed to like it isn't going to improve your designs. Why bother posting them here if you're only interested in hearing positive feedback?

Yes and I don't mind what you have quoted because it is constructive, unlike the pathetic people oh here who just say crap **** and all that. That other forum is a much more friendly forum, unlike this one.

That's just an implicit way of saying it's a big pile of cack then. Your attitude quite frankly stinks, you have to be almost on a par with enyafreak. Big headedness, and egotism are not welcome on TV Forum. Now if I were you, I'd either change my attitude or vamoose.

Heathbury Central, I quite like your mock, and I'd like to see some developments - possibly idents, endcaps and some more promotion borads.

Not one of you on here has given me constructive feed back and please re read my last posts. This topic is now coming to an end, we could go on and on.

But as far as I am concerned, you can keep you pathetic mocks forum and stick it where the sun don't shine. Most of the replys on here are just plain pathetic. I won't be posting any more graphics mocks on this forum.
