I'm sorry but that is just quite simply ridiculous.
This type of thing is now happening with increasing regularity. Really don't want to hear some smug industry bod coming on here and telling us that these things happen, computers crash and that it's only TV.
As I understand it, it was caused by human error, both at the BBC and Red Bee, followed by the automation thinking it knew best.
