Tonight's episode shows just why you don't need a fake film effect on drama. If it's well written, acted and made, it's dramatic on its own. Fake film effects look crap and add nothing to a show whatsoever. If anything, tonight's Corrie shows how much better a show works WITHOUT a nasty film look. Up yours, Diana Kyle.
