TV Forum - 83% slower than the rest of the Internet

Equidem posted:
There is a gap in the market for such a forum/site.

Media UK's forums are now severely moderated and only open to a select few media individuals.

Digital Spy is ridiculously over-moderated, and one of the most difficult sites to navigate. It also has a huge membership, which makes it annoying if you're trying to put a valid point across, because as soon as you post something in a thread, by the time you've hit refresh, the thread has grown by 2 more pages.

TV Forum - slow, and dare-I-say-it, lost it's way. It still focuses on the anorak element of television presentation, and in turn attracts the lower forms of life, such as an army of 14 year olds with little or no grasp of basic grammar skills.

I'm not aware of any other similarly veined sites. A decent broadcasting (including radio) forum and site is needed. UK Radio exists, but it's poorly maintained and has a very small readership.

And you think the very people you've called fat virgins, geeks and accused of illegal drug taking are going to post of a forum YOU run?

You're an unlikable moron and I can't think anyone apart from your two online buddies will post there (Lorna 'Eyebrows' Jones and Nick 'God' Harvey)

But if programming a forum fills that big hole in your existance and keeps you busy then I'm all for it.
