My wish came true, the channels are on 977 and 978 on Sky. Hopefully they (or one of them at least) will remain after the Winter Olympics.

Anyone recognise the English-speaking stadium announcer? He sounds familiar.

Sounded like Charles Nove to me. He's the lottery voice of the balls when Alan takes a rare holiday, and I think also covers some BBC radio news bulletins.

Tiny little studio isn't it I did find a bbc Sochi feed on 16e but it's also blocked and the weather is terrible today so it's weak as well Sad
