Interesting...... So ESPN America leaves the party earlier than scheduled and ESPN will still broadcast from the same facilities after 6am.....

It's being positioned very much as a world sport channel then. From that statement the intention seems to be to place Europa League and FA Cup on the BT Sport branded channels. Makes sense.

Tweet seems to indicate that the Channels will be UNENCRYPTED on Freeview 58/59 and on BSB between 1800 - 2400 tomorrow, launch night.

You mean Sky, I assume? Because there isn't a platform called BSB.

The handover from the launch programme sounds really interesting.

The show will simulcast on BT Sport 1 and BT Sport 2 until the moment the two channels become independent when viewers will see Jake Humphrey heading to the football studio to cover the Audi Cup on BT Sport 1 and Craig Doyle in the BT Sport rugby studio covering the JP Morgan Asset Management 7s on BT Sport 2.

I don't think you'll see too much difference on air (other than, I'd imagine, no more ads for Sky Sports and much more cross-promotion). ESPN will continue to be played out from the same place, although their studio will be moving later in the year.

I think I'm right in saying that ESPN's play out is being done by the same company that is doing BT's?

I've just seen the wraparound advert on tonight's Evening Standard and noticed that both Danny Baker and Danny Kelly are on the presenting line up, anyone know what they're doing? It's a interesting rostra of presenters - Tim Lovejoy, Helen Skelton and Lynsey Hipgrave. I assume they're all staying doing their other gigs?

Indeed, worth noting that on the Virgin Media Anywhere app the main ESPN channel is still listed and scheduled.
