That's the name of Ruby Wax's new daytime show beginning on BBC One weekday mornings soon - quite an original name, just one name taken from her personality. Then again so is Kilroy and Trisha and Oprah and Jerry (Jerry Springer's UK show).

Ruby Wax has brought us several programmes: 'Ruby Wax Meets...', 'Hot Wax', 'Ruby's American Pie', 'The Waiting Game', and now 'Ruby'.

Do we need another daytime chat show, even if it's about issues and involves cooking and exercising etc? Will it beat Kilroy? Who knows!

What are your views on Ruby ?

I actually don't mind her! I was watching the waiting game earlier this evening, and I thought she was quite funny! It's better than Blind Date!

I like the comments that she makes.

If anyone is under the impression that I hate Ruby, think again. I think she's alright. I wasn't trying to make out I hated her by starting this topic.

Now she's also presenting the Ruby's commercial breakdown, which starts tonight! Looks like the BBC really like her big time!

I can't stand this woman, she's just a loud, gobby american.

I think Ruby is quite funny, but if the BBC keep using here on the Telly she will soon become a bore!

I take it she's replacing Jo Brand, who was faboulas at this...?!

I can't stand the women.  Pack her off back to the US or somewhere else... kill her, I don't care.

Okay perhaps I went just a little overboard in my previous post. I just can't stand Ruby - she deeply irretates me whenever I hear her voice, and I just wish she would be taken off our screens. Permanently.

Don't watch BBC 1 at 1035 then
