5 News relaunch (June 2009)

That is indeed correct, the original TV was a frameless TV (not sure what else to call it).

Whereas the newer one is a more standard TV.

I liked the frameless one myself, sat better with the background, the black frame does not suit with its surroundings

Please can you learn to use punctuation? Forum users don't mind the odd spelling error and missed puntuation, but you're making no attempt to use basic things like full stops, question marks and capital letters. it will get to the point soon where people won't bother trying to work out what you're saying and just start ignoring you.

Did you mean, 'It sounds like it will be presented from a TV as well, as one of her tweets was about her being in the new studio looking at the weather. Is it true she used to work in New Look?'

A reliable source has told me that the first relaunched Channel 5 News bulletin will be at 12.40pm.

They've updated a picture of Matt Barbet on the Channel 5 News website - the previous one was in the old (current) set - they haven't updated anyone elses' though.

I do hope the relaunch of (Channel) Five News means that all bulletins come from the same studio, and I really do hope it's not some CSO set like ITV News uses. Can't stand them!
