VT Clock

Has anybody got a clean video (any format) or .exe that'll create a VT Clock for use in a small Video Clip I'm making. I remember a long time ago the website that used to host the TVF Image Uploader had one on there but I think the sites gone (although I could be wrong!)

Any Advice appreciated!

There is a few aftereffects templates out there that can do the job.
