What a shambles of a programme
Live from Studio Five
is. Three hyperactive people having a pointless conversation, talking over each other and nervously spinning on their chairs like 5 year-olds waiting for their parents to finish the 'grown-up stuff'.
Even the Floor Manager decided to intervene in a desperate attempt to make the debate look interesting. Perhaps they think they're still rehearsing. This isn't broadcast quality TV, even for a community cable station with a devoted audience of a few hundred!
Oh...and turn the light down inside that desk. It's blinding me and I'm not leaning on it!

It's not the sort of programme that would interest me but I just tuned in to see what all the fuss is about. I managed to stick it out for 10 seconds. In that time, both women were talking over each other and it looked as though both were trying to chat up the bloke in the middle. Completely cringeworthy telly. To say it is like Loose Women is an insult to Loose Women. I find LW a much more watchable and well-structured programme.

Had the misfortune of seeing about a minute of it whilst flicking through channels during the ads. That'll be the last minute of it I'm sure.
What on earth are Five playing at - this time last year they were refocusing their 7pm bulletin to be more male orientated - and a year later it's replaced by some tacky showbiz fluff no man (or indeed woman) would be interested in!

I wonder how long the 'From Five News' caption in the bottom right hand corner of the screen will start the show, before Sky News start to shuffle sideways and pretend that this disaster area has nothing to do with them?
But then isn't David Kermode programme editor, and wasn't he involved in the 8 month travesty that was RI:SE version 1 (the sky years)? If so, then a shouty, wobbly camera, crew inshot, bag'o'shi*e should not come as much of a surprise.
Simply Awful. The One Show production team can sleep easy tonight - the new competition in the 7pm slot have already burnt themselves out during the pre-live broadcast phase.

To be honest I think that a lot of people on this forum will not like it, as it does not seemed to be aimed at those on here. I liked it, something different at 6.30pm, more showbiz than One Show, i think the show could be a grower.
