That pesky Yank import Halloween (and our health and safety police) might be killing it off, but here's one place where Guy Fawkes Night is alive and well:

STORYBOARD: A group of 18-25s at a large organised bonfire party with a large bonfire. They gaze up at the fireworks above. One man is handed a sparkler with which he draws a circle shape. As he does so, the rest of the action, and his face, vanishes into the "vortex" formation as illustrated. Variants have coloured trails in the circle or flames behind the BBC ONE logo.
Music: As "Neon/Saturday Nights"

STORYBOARD: Extreme C/U of the contents of a box of fireworks. The lid is brought down - and lo and behold there's a 2-shaped window! Disembodied hands stack the box upright, as would be displayed in a shop.
Music: As "Cappucino"
Admittedly the BBC2 graphics leave much to be desired but try finding a photo of a firework box with a 2 in it... You may also have noticed the classic Gill Sans subtitles aston; largely because it looks neater, but mainly because I don't have the current font. Any assistance you can give me in this direction would be greatly appreciated and I'll probably be able to organise a reciprocal something...
