not yet not even broadcasting yet do u know how i go about this and how much it would cost?

Well you're breaking the law if you broadcast without paying for the use of any music used. And yes internet radio still requires payment.

More importantly you need a PPL license, PRS/MCPS is just for composer costs. PPL is the one for the record companys, without it there is no way you can legally broadcast.
