Just for the record, and DAS will confirm this, it was 22:45 last night when I first referred to the "new boy".

I wonder why I wasn't corrected to "girl" within minutes?

Pfft... this forum's getting stupid. I asked a question - I would have liked a nice answer. Instead I have around a pageworth of pointless bickering over what the right and wrong parts of some basic ground info on the MUX spacing thing was.

Now, would anyone please like to tell me what the 9 transponders apart thing is about?

When are these promos on screen everytime I check ABC1 it is just a blank screen.

Is cheers on ABC 1 or will that be on More 4 when that launches later this year.

The promo is only on 6am-6pm - the same hours that the channel will be available when it launches.

Sadly, Cheers will not be showing on ABC1 as Channel 4 have the rights to them.

I have just noticed that there is now an MHEG showing on abc1. It makes sense to have some sort of advertisement when most people get home from work.
I am actually looking forward to this channel launching now, i can't wait to see General Hospital, it looks so awful that its good!

Btw, broadband Cowboy I don't have many spelling mistakes on this forum, compared to some others, so please keep it to yourself.

Everyone on the forum is getting very suspicious.

We now think that What'sitsface Sunrise and Only Me! are both Meic Young.

We also think that LoveTV!!! is Jez.

Couldn't the mods just do an IP address check on these members, and ban one of the names?

Back on topic.

Is ABC1 going to be broadcsting on the same Mux as ITV1? It's just that I can't recieve ITV1/2/NC, Teletext, C4 or text on 4.
