Settle a Bet

Alright this has little to do with tv pres, but there's a fiver riding on it.

Was the name of the Policeman in the children's TV Show, "Bod" called:

PC Plod, or PC Copper. Google throws up both results, so I am relying on the rememberance of people who actually watched it.

A bag of pan drops to the person who agrees with me.

Definately PC Copper.

I can hum you the tune that they played every time he appeared if you like.

Where am I getting PC Plod from then? And why are there lots of sites that agree? This is weird.

Isn't PC Plod from Noddy? Or am I thinking of something else?

My goodness, I always remembered it as PC Plod!!

I used to love Bod - especially Alberto the frog and his milk shakes! The tune Alberto's band used to play was very catchy - can't recall it now though. Is it available on any sites to download?
