Free to view cards for C4 in Wales

Are there any cards that can pick up C4 in Wales on a Sky system?
Am I right in thinking the old kind of Sky viewing card would be 'allowed' pick the signal up but the newer ones cannot?
If anyone has one they do not want, please can you help?

afaik if you've got S4C Digital on 104 than C4 should appear on 184.

thanks Cwathen I was hoping thats the case. Speaking to C4 today, you wouldnt think it though, they said I could only receive S4C and C4 is blocked on 184!
I would still like a card that will able me to see the 'free' channels (I had a ondigital box and an aerial upgrade at much expense - then it folded), in case things go wrong after I move to Wales.
