Will it be shown on CNBC in the UK or no?

Hmm. The repeats of programme are interesting. 4am Eastern will be 9am UK - and that's early trading hours in Europe, so the US CNBC appears to be ditching the morning European Market trading programme.

No such problems for the live edition - 7pm Eastern will be Midnight GMT/BST and 1am CET - Pretty sure the Asian market programmes dont kick in until 4am (UK) 5am (Europe) so I'd say yes it will, as there's nothing to get in the way.

The live edition will air at the same time as Asia Squawk Box's second hour in Summer and third hour in winter, Monday to Thursday nights/Tuesday to Friday morning, which CNBC EMEA currently air. Only the Friday night/Saturday morning edition of The News will have 'nothing in the way' (presently a US Closing Bell repeat)

However as it is, CNBC EMEA doesn't air the entirety of Asia Squawk Box Mon-Thu night/Tue-Fri morning. At present the first hour is replaced by Late Night with Seth Myers and a live simulcast of NBC Nightly News, and the first two hours won't be simulcast in Winter.

So to me, I'm not sure whether Asia Squawk Box or The News will take the midnight slot (UK time) 4 nights a week. Wouldn't be surprised for the Friday edition of The News to get a Saturday morning repeat on CNBC EMEA though to help fill some weekend air time - they used to do this with the Friday edition of Nightly Business Report

After 62 years at 4001 Nebraska Avenue NW the NBC News, MSNBC operations are leaving after 62 years. The new bureau at 400 N Capitol Street NW with a direct view of Capitol Hill. The bureau if you remember was where there was a fire. The studios are not ready to open but I’m told they look a bit Saturday Night Live like back a few months ago but maybe they’re rebuilding them.

Regarding the Newscaststudio article about the new NBC News DC Bureau.

I get the references. But Im not sure. I dont think I like the literal interpretation of DC buildings. I get the vaulted subway ceiling pattern. But I dont like the columns and the faux aging. One step too far. It feels too much like a stage set. I get it but it doenst fit with NBC News other studios and newsrooms, which are typically modern. This one is hard one for me. NBC usually doesnt do stuff like this. I can see extra studio lighting in the image that is not on. So because its NBC News it will be perfectly lit. But, designwise, not sure Im liking it. I do like the vaulted ceiling and the light grid pattern on the sides mimicking it.... But the rest. The faux stone....I dont really like it.

IMO, the move to a new building for NBC is largely inconsequential to viewers (it's definitely not the BBC moving out of Television Centre or ITV leaving the South Bank, here) Not to mention, it's not a complete departure from the old building as the local NBC and Telemundo stations will remain on the premises.

Yeah but still new studios and a significant change for employees. It’s an amazing building hosted the first televised debates and other things.

Last night's Nightly News was typical of one updated to reflect breaking news for later editions broadcast. Trump's video update from the hospital occured after the East Coast edition went out.

At the beginning (going out at 18.30) Kelly O'Donnell and Garrett Haake are live in DC in sunset:

I have always wondered about the problems with the multiple time zones in the US for the network newscasts. Tough for them, when breaking news occurs at certain times, for the networks to update their respective news programs.

the Continental US of course has 4 time zones. But they have typically split it in half. Dont really think its too much of a big deal. Its not like its a new problem to face.

It's certainly not ideal though. At night, all three networks either do a western edition of their evening news or update it in some form if needed. But CBS is the only one that does a western edition in the morning every day. ABC and NBC usually don't do western editions in the morning. The national morning shows struggle on the west coast, and viewers strongly prefer local 7am newscasts like the ones on KTLA in LA or KTVU in the Bay Area instead.

And the new set is in place as of this morning. They’ve completely replaced the video wall and (not surprisingly given WFH) removed the newsroom backdrop completely.
