They even resorted to a screening of his Warburton commercial.

They would have been better off just repeating an earlier series really.

The alternative lyrics to the Gary Barlow theme tune :-

The same old clips
Over and over
over and over
and over again

It's basically as if someone in the BBC office just types Peter Kay in YouTube and downloads enough clips to make up 30 minutes

They should rerun Cradle to Grave instead. That deserves a wider audience.

Back on topic and any news when this is due back. I assume the next block of filming is now postponed.

Yes the latest recording has been postponed, I applied for audience tickets a few weeks back and got an email the other day to say it had been delayed now

Presumably they'll stick out the last batch alongside the Major drama in April?

Previous series featured clips of the adverts he did for John Smith, so I don't know how that's scraping the barrel, the work he's done in advertising is just as legit as everything else

Firstly, I can't tell if this is referencing the original song the theme tune is based on or if it's just a massive coincidence…

Secondly, it's ironic you say that as I find this show very well produced precisely because it isn't someone just typing Peter Kay into YouTube and downloading clips. All of the clips are properly sourced, with no cropping/zooming and you get the credit to tell you where it originally came from. Plus there's no annoying talking heads telling us how funny the clip is that we just watched.

There's been some stuff in previous series of Comedy Shuffle that I'd never seen before, and I imagine a lot of other people haven't either.

With the amount of complaining this show gets on here, it's almost as if it's being shown in a 90 minute slot every night, rather than 30 minutes once a week for six weeks.

The list of celebrities have been announced for the upcoming US version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire with Jimmy Kimmel.

They are.

Eric Stonestreet of Modern Family
Will Forte of Saturday Night Live
Kaitlin Olson of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Lauren Lapkus of Orange is the New Black and Crashing
Nikki Glaser of Bang it Out
Ike Barinholtz of The Mindy Project and Live in Front of a Studio Audience
Dr. Phil of Dr. Phil
Anderson Cooper of CNN,
Catherine O’Hara of Schitt’s Creek and SCTV
Anthony Anderson of Black-ish
and
Jane Fonda of Grace and Frankie

Now imagine if you say these names with Jeremy Clarkson's voice over them. You would be onto a winner. Laughing

Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Celebrity Special on Easter Sunday (7pm)

Quiz starts Easter Monday at 9pm for 3 consecutive nights.

Was inevitable but gutting they've just gone to celeb specials so quickly.

I did wonder if dramas which they may have intended to play out nightly might switch to being played out weerkly to spread content a bit thinner, but to be honest I don't think Quiz is something that could sustain that. It's a TV movie at best really.

I don't get it though, they still have a full civilian series in the can waiting to air!

Anyway I noticed someone has managed to upload a full version of the Tonight Martin Bashir documentary

Plus a sort of post trial follow up edition

I expect that they will air it soon after as they will have some weekend gaps coming up.

Yes, it suits Sunday nights nicely before we don't go to work on Mondays.
