I thought the backing bed was overthe titles, they did seem a bit quiet, but it doesnt have the same snappy wake up feel, its nice and calm to wake you up though.
Something Ive never understood about GMTV, when they give away cars, such as the mini cooper's today; why do they send the presenters, crew and a car to a foreign country to sell the car? Like today Jenni Falkner was in Italy, they could have given away an extra car for that price!
Hmmm, not sure where to put these really with 2 threads on the go, but as the pics of the News Hour are here, I've gone for this thread.
Here are some quick stills from the new titles. I think the problem with the music is that the bed was playing louder than the actual titles, but as has been said in the other thread there were problems with volume levels so we should hear the new music properly tomorrow. I always think though that whenever music is revamped in an orchestral style, it never sounds as good.
In the other thread as you quite rightly pointed out the music problem was explained...the bed was stereo the titles were not...proper music from tomorrow though. There are now only two sets of titles one that fetures Ben and ones that feature Andrew both now contain images of Claire and Andrea.

SE, we've known each other on here for an awfully long time, and never had a cross word to say about each other. I don't suppose there's a chance of a video clip of the titles? Pretty please, dear old friend?
Well, seeing as though you asked so nicely, and you now appear to be my "New Best Friend", how could I resist. It's probably not the best capture in the world, but it gives you the idea, and the sound was really that bad anyway when it went out, you might have to crank up the volume. Enjoy.

Well The Newshour titles are really good, and of course the presenters are too, impressed by them, but erm GMTV Today titles have got so much worse than Friday, and so have the presenters... I see one minute of Fiona since I last saw her and there's no change, thick as a brick, Eamonn is still taking up 2/3rds of the screen and the music... much worse, less lively and I hope that everything new today is going soon (Eamonn, Fiona and the titles).
