May I ask what 'BED' is?

I trying to find an package of the BBC National News 1999 items, there used to be Metropol247 download link for it, but it does not work like the other zip files of BBC News music (excluding BBC Regional News 2008, BBC Four News and BBC World News America), as their download links on Metropol247 no longer work.
