I'd suggest STV's Headquarters at Pacific Quay as you can see the SECC/Clyde Auditorium in the background of the audition room. I might be wrong though.
EDIT: Ignore my suggestion, according to everyone's favourite factual website, wikipedia, the Glasgow judges auditions took place in the Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel

I know but I was thinking office space but apparently it was filmed at the hilton Glasgow Grosvenor hotel.
STV only have very small news studios in their HQ, the biggest one holding the News at Six set and Scotland Tonight set.
