Probably a small part of Glasgow called London. The room seemed to be the same for most of the auditions.

Notice the theme tune being used in the sponsorship bumpers - not too keen on that myself unless the sponsorship flows into the titles.

I'd suggest STV's Headquarters at Pacific Quay as you can see the SECC/Clyde Auditorium in the background of the audition room. I might be wrong though.

EDIT: Ignore my suggestion, according to everyone's favourite factual website, wikipedia, the Glasgow judges auditions took place in the Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel

I know but I was thinking office space but apparently it was filmed at the hilton Glasgow Grosvenor hotel.
