I thought Phoenix was Star TV's Mandarin channel.

Actually, now I remember it is Chinese, you're right. I forgot, they even had a party special when they got the Olympics.

Well,it's been 1 month and it's prombted a war on Afganistan!

I notice that all overnight and weekend IRN bulletins are back to 2 minutes instead of the previous 3.
