There was a comment on CEEFAX 523, saying that some people in the East Midlands, got 'Final Destination' after all.

Can I assume that they are talking out of their a**e, because why would one BBC region opt out to show a 'banned' (for want of a better word!) film, while everyone else got a different film.

Surely BBC East Midlands does not have full presentation facillites, because when they opted out earlier this year, BBC North West, who were opting at the same time, handled the delayed pres instead.

Isn't it older buildings & Nations who only have the capilbility to run their own pres?

Do newer BBC buildings outside London have the capability to do their own pres still, eg Pebble Mill was TVC back up, as well as (I remember reading somewhere), that PM ran Network when they did 'Pebble Mill' ?

That did seem quite strange - the only reason I could think of it EM had regional programmes, so a delayed screening.
