If you look up #### in British television on Wikipedia, #### being a year, you can see what moved channels when. Though they do seem to insist on counting additional services as a move, i.e. The Simpsons moving from Sky One and Channel 4 to Disney+, when in reality it's still on the linear channels, the streamer is an extra home for the show, not a replacement.

Probably some Wikipedia editor who has created their own rule due to Netflix moving shows like Arrested Development or Black Mirror. The fact they call it 'Network Affiliation' would also link to the fact they are probably American.
It used to be that 'List of # studios films' would be one giant list, but one person decided that was too long, and thus each one was split into a decade for each page. Despite the fact that the giant list was also split into decades.

I've thought, would Saturday Kitchen moving to ITV as Saturday Cooks count? As it was the case that ITV poached the show, but not the name. So Saturday Kitchen on the BBC was basically an entirely new show with a different host, production company and team whereas Saturday Cooks was basically Saturday Kitchen with a different name.
And in a similar vain, Something For The Weekend moving to Channel 4 as Sunday Brunch.

Well, sorta, considering that BBC One continues to air new episodes of Kitchen and Cooks ended in 2010.

Apparently TVS made an edition as part of a Telethon insert in 1990.
S4C had a bash at the format as well it says here, and those were redubbed into English and shown on The Family Channel.
Then it went to Channel 5.

Though the point I was making is that Saturday Cooks was effectively Saturday Kitchen under a new name, as the presenters, crew, production company etc. all moved over to ITV- they poached everything but the name, so while Saturday Kitchen is still airing, the post-2006 version is effectively an entirely different show to the pre-2006 one, just with the same name.
Obviously Saturday Cooks (and all the other variants) flopped as badly as poaching Adrian & Christine to present Daybreak did a few years later.

I've seen that happen with computer games like Football Manager and Rock Band which are the same games as Championship Manager and Guitar Hero but under new names.
