I downloaded ages ago an mp3 from the news section of Sound Central, and it was a longer version of the BBC World Sport ident - do you have that in video?

Asa, you should put a few adverts on the site, I'm reckon that we'd all give you a few clicks, and earn you a few pennies. - Just put them on as a simple hyperlink and tell us to click - then you woundn't have big banners everywhere.

A nice thought, thanks, but I simply can't. Under a 'Fair Use' law clause, I'm well entitled to encode clips off TV for educational use providing I...
a) don't slag off the presentation
b) don't make any money from the site.

As much as I'd love to put banners on, it simply can't happen!

Asa, an idea to finish off your BBC News Widescreen Clips would be to capture the News at 1/6 stings and the overnight ident (similar to BBC World)

Thanks - I'm keeping a look out for the strange ident on News 24!

Asa, would it be possible for you to get the music used on talking movies. The weekly film news programme on news 24. About half way through they run through the top five films and there is a good background music to this which i would love to see on tv home as an mp3.
