Really enjoying this much calmer, much more focused QT then the Colosseum that it became over the years.

More light, less heat.

Isn't it remarkable that after Brexit we have largely come together as a nation finally, but not in the way we would have imagined it.

Yep and in QT's case, no more playing to the crowd.

For once the BBC have actually IMPROVED something due to the current situation instead of dumbing something down.

Another Question Time first I believe in having one of the panel members via video link rather than in the studio

How does Extra Time work now? Are Adrian Chiles and co still in a radio studio?

The studio audience was ‘back’ last night in the form of a 12 person Zoom conference call, I suspect this can be expanded in future as our workplace had 200 people in a call with the CEO earlier this week

Do they still film an hour in advance since the new 8pm format was introduced?

It hasn't been on at 8pm for a few weeks, back to the normal slot after the news.

I think the 8pm shows were live because they talked about reading people’s Tweets and often featured Matt Hancock (when the government still largely had people’s good will) soon after he would have been doing the briefings. It seems like they’re back being pre-recoded since the later slot as it’s light outside some of the contributors houses.

I doubt they’d expand the audience much further would be a technical nightmare to organise and you’re only going to get 12 or so quality interactions with audience members.
