PDC on BBC2

Hi,
I just wondered whether anyone else has been finding that the Programme Delivery Control (PDC) on BBC2 hasn't been working for the last few weeks?.I live in the Winter Hill tv transmitter area and it seems to be not working here however it is working ok from Moel-Y-Parc which I can also receive.I e-mailed the BBC a few weeks ago about this and got a reply which neither confirmed or denied there was a problem,I therefore wondered whether people in other areas of the country were having the same problem?.

I've had some problems as well ( same transmitter I think). The video seems to come on, then switch off a minute or so later.
