Well, they are certainly quick to get their new logo out there... Sky Publicity has already been updated.

not just that, but the 3D skyscrapers and buildings. A hark back to 1998 maybe?

Monkey wonders how much of the £450m investment pledged by the chief of Sky, James Murdoch, over the next few years will be finding its way into the pockets of design agencies? For it seems it took, not one, but two agencies to come up with the less-than-stunning new Sky One logo. Winkreative, the creative agency formed by Tyler Brule, the achingly trendy founder of the magazine Wallpaper, came up with the overall "concept" while another, Swedish agency was responsible for the "execution". As the logo must have taken all of five minutes to design, Mr Brule is probably sniggering into his expensive shirtsleeve. And given that Sky has also just shelled out to have its main logo redesigned (you'd barely notice, although the k and the y are slightly closer together), what's next for the rebranding treatment down at Osterley?

Well, it's not bad (it's not good either but it's not bad)
I think i might hold of judgement until i see it on-screen.

Someone once told me that green isn't a good colour for use on TV. I guess he's right, because green always looks (just like brown) a bit dirty on the screen, though it works when used in combination with a more limey-colour like in your version on the left.

I dont think she will get rid of the Simpsons, but more likely, change the way the channel is percived, so people dont think, oh its just simpsons all the time.
I cant imagine sky one mix, in that style, it looks worse than sky one. And olive green, has some potential.
