Well, MediaGuardian says the following about last night "ITV3 was also the second most watched multichannel service between its launch at 9pm last night and 2am, beaten only by Living TV. ... Rebus was the second most watched non-terrestrial show during that period, behind Living TV's Most Haunted Live at Halloween, which attracted 704,000 viewers.
and Broadcast says "Rebus, started the new channel off at 9pm with 498,000 (3.7% of multichannel homes) and reached a high of 555,000 (3.9%) in the first 15-minutes. Living's Most Haunted Live at Halloween had the majority of viewers with 704,070 (6.34%) over three hours".
They said at the start of Monday night's MHL - that Sunday night they were most watched channel between 11-12.

Hi
This may be a daft thing to ask but does it have high viewing figures as they make news eries quickly and the live show comes around often.
By the way do you like the live show better than the recorded one?
I do.
Derek Acorah is a ledg.

I'm guessing he means legend
I love Most Haunted - but I don't really watch the series anymore - i just can't be bothered with it! I love the live shows purely because they're live, anything could (but most probably won't) happen!
Oh, and I'm going to see Derek in Nottingham next Wednesday

Surely when out on live locations, they dont need that many people for technical assistance. There are around 10. At most they need the presenter, Derek, cameraman, and a sort of helper. No more is surely needed. This just adds to specualtion if its true, because the more people in there, the more noise and possibilites they will create in putting over that the show is put on, if you know what I mean.

They have more people so they can all split up and do multiple rooms at the same time.

i take it you have never made a tv programme then? does the boom hold it self? do those lovely steadicam shots happen by accident?
i personally think its very cleverly done. they have the crew around during at the start during conventional filming, producers, experts (although i cant abide richard felix), several camera ops, sound and what not. then when they goto night vision they're in teams of 2,3 or 4.
the series wouldn't be half as fab if marcelle the make-up lady wasn't on.

No, I am on about the live programme, when Yvvi, Derek, and the crew are live in a room. I know they use the people sometimes, but there is too many people there, surely a cameraman, Derek, Yvette and 1 or even 2 more people is enough. Im sorry if you do not understand me, but its hard for me to explain, sorry!
Does anyone else find that cameraman a bit of an idiot. He's always turning the camera on himself. Give the rest of the team a chance mate!

What's he coming to Nottingham to do?
I do enjoy the show, but get frustrated when they run away scared every time something happens. Isn't that why they're there? They repeatedly ask the ghost to do something, and then run away after it (supposedly) does it. No wonder the ghosts are uptight!

I'm guessing he'll be 'contacting' spirits of the deceased that are related to the audience.
