Can I make a suggestion? Is it possible to allow people to start a topic only after x replies to other topics. Might encourage them to learn how to use the forum properly.

I keep suggesting we somehow get rid of the kids, but until everyone agrees this place has gone to the dogs, there's not much we can do about it.
