What on earth are you talking about ? This is an internet forum. But on the off chance that you can perform the impossible and produce this cup of tea, I'd like a Big Mac, large fries, hot apple pie, a slice of bakewell tart and a bag of kit kat squares all topped off with lashings of hot capuccino.
