Am I the only person who thinks it would be hilarious if the BBC actually took Fox News to court- after all, Fox News broadcasts in the UK, which is the origin of BBC News, and BBC News broadcasts in the States (on BBC America), which is the origin of Fox News.
I'm sure US courts would never touch them (hence why coke can slag off pepsi and vice versa in US advertising), but I feel UK courts could take some action and claim damages against news international. This could bolster the old BBC accounts a bit and I for one would tape any on-air apology by Fox for their comments.
