Does Police Camera Action need two presenters?

That's the question. When it aired at first, Alistair Stewart was the sole presenter, and was out and about. Now, he's in a studio, with Adrian Simpson out and about. But, does PCA actually need two people presenting?

They only introduced Adrian Simpson after Alistair Stewart got done for drink driving - so the bit out and about are done by Adrian. Although there hasn't been a new series inquite a while .I'm surprised Alasatir continued with it tbh -it's just a filler type programme anyway!

Very true, I think ITV4 stopped showing the really old episodes of Police, Camera, Action! But I think it's on the first or second episode he does admit on screen that he did drink drive and was very ashamed about it, shame he didn't listen to his own advice 8/9 years later on!

No they haven't, they all appear from time to time mixed up with the new ones.
Alistair Stewart was dropped from the show in 2002 after drink driving and a whole series of episodes were effectively canned. They weren't seen until ITV4 started repeating the entire original run in a pretty much random order.

I think they were shown on ITV1 in January 2006, quite late at night IIRC, I have one of the episodes on DVD somewhere, but you are right and the episodes were credited to 2002.

Didn't Gethin Jones host an episode a drink driving special episode of PCA?
