TVNZ to jump ahead 18 months so as of 11th June they're a week behind.

A recording of the Granada Plus broadcast is on YouTube and she says "bitch" there (just after 11 minuntes in), so it is clearly an ITV3 edit:
It was such an awful edit I really can't see how it could be original. Sadly I don't have any way to capture from today's repeat to show it to people here- anyone here have a recording of today's episodes, or can record tomorrow's 6AM repeat to be able to post it here?
Are you sure it wasn’t edited at the time? As I doubt they’d bother doing it now.

They really, really should. Even a still photo is better than a black background, and it’s not like you can read them at the size they’re reduced to now anyway…
Surely it's easier to move your credits into a 'sidebar format' to allow for an ECP when you don't have to worry about a background picture?
I appreciate ITV now use their quarter screen for their own ECPs, but many broadcasters they sell programmes to may have different formats.
Phil, get a bigger TV, you cheapskate, if you think the end credits are too small.
I still think ITV could do with ditching their plain, generic credits and letting shows have their own style again.

Or just keep it at 18 months behind. Canada were about 10 months behind but played extra eps until they caught up. Think they are a week or so behind now.
I didn't notice the edit you mentioned James in todays ITV3 episode. I will have to record the 6am repeat, but unfortunately have no way of uploading it here. Not really sorry to see Gloria leave to be honest, I like Sue Jenkins as an actress but never really took to Gloria as a character that much. They didn't really do very much with her at all. I prefer Sandra, shame she didn't stay around for very long after this.

its a shame they are skipping 18 months of what has been, in the main, good Corrie. Well the last 12 months or so anyway. The 2-3 years before that I didn't enjoy very much at all. Most of Phelan has been good but it went on too long. The show has got even better since he went IMO.
Last nights episode was so strong and in the main ive enjoyed Kate Oates era of the show. Just hoping things wont go downhill when she leaves.

Here’s the scene from today’s ITV3 repeat - just a very poor recording using my phone so it probably doesn’t allow accurate assessment of how the re-dub actually sounded, but gives an idea.
One thing I notice is that Sandra does shout the word ‘tart’ at the end of the scene, but for whatever reason this wasn’t used when re-dubbing, and may have sounded better.
I wonder what will happen when we get to Alan Bradley’s “Come Back here, you stupid bitch” in the Blackpool episodes?
