Central's new site is absolutely great!
The headers are different for each sub-region.
Worst one I saw was I think Border... eugh.

What a lot of poo
The one I work for is as independant from the rest of the BBC site as it could be ...
They're all run by dedicated teams, on-site (which is more than can be said for many of the thisis sites, and some of the ITV ones)

It is a poll for ITV regional websites! The BBC regions are just sections of the main BBC Website. The choices given are individual websites.
As if Look North would win anyway!

Oh yes, and to vote fairly you would have to view all the sites.
Surely to vote fairly you would have to list all the sites to vote from instead of those that were in your head in the half a second where the idea came to you. There is no Westcountry, Carlton London, Meridian, Grampian or Granada.
And why have you listed London Tonight? That's a programme, not a station.
And did we HAVE to use impersonal ITV.COM/... addresses? The stations all still have their own URL's.

Firstly, there were not enough spaces to put all the websites as I had planned.
Grampian's website is practically identical to Scottish's website, although at first I put 'scottish/grampian' as an option, then changed it.
London Tonight is more of a news service than a programme, and I put it instead of Carlton's london website because itv.com/carltonlondon mainly consists of a link to www.londontonight.co.uk
And as for the others, well, if you like them better, then you could easily comment on them in this thread!
EDIT: Also, yes we did HAVE to use the itv.com addresses, for ease and because that is how they are promoted on ITV1.

Well HTV Wales and HTV West are hardly light years apart in terms of design and content either and you included both of those. If you had to choose (and you can't have a fair poll on ITV Regions if you arbitrarily decide which are important enough to get on the poll list - you should have split this onto two threads).
I feel very strongly about Westcountry's non-inclusion, because it's my region, maybe it's acceptable to exclude Granada because Granada TV doesn't have a website anymore.
And re the London Tonight link, well central's website is mainly news based, only Westcountry's actually provides any information on the station (and it's the only carlton branded station where the original URL still works, although you do have to type www.westcountry.co.uk/index1.html now).

Devoting two threads to this poll would go down well, wouldn't it!
I think that HTV Wales and West now have very different websites, but I wouldn't have left out websites just to spite you, and if I could, I would add Westcountry.
In fact, it is an interesting point to raise to Asa, whether or not he can add more options to the polls, as many of them revolve around the ITV franchises, and there are more of them than there are options.
