BBC One Fault

Another fault there. We saw Graham Norton doing a (live?) promo for the dancing but we heard the sound from the Lottery show that had just finished. I could be wrong but I think Eamonn Holmes said "Thank feck thats over. Someone better have my pie ready".

Proved, if nowt else, that the bit with the winner running to the limo is pre-recorded, as Eamonn introduced and chatted to the winner still in the studio...

anyway two cock ups in one day, doing well aren't they


I remember a few gallery cock ups from a few years back.
the sound from points of view on bbc1 could be heard over food and drink on bbc2 and vice versa

on this morning they went to a break and accidentally switched to Judy's camera so instead of the titles you saw her standing up and thanking the guest for coming in.

and on the bigger breakfast they left the studio sound on during a cartoon so you heard the presenters rehearsing the next link

it's one of the joys of live telly, reminds you it's all still operated by humans

It did amaze me how quickly the contestants left Television Centre after winning.
