I'm looking at the coverage on BBC One Wales at the moment.
They have a live BBC News style ticker with the BBC Cymru Wales logo on it. I have to say it looks really well & quite neat.
S4C are using the same graphics, albeit recoloured and with their own font and logo. It was only a few years ago that even the network BBC coverage was using a slightly odd adaptation of the News Channel graphics for elections, whereas these days everything seems to match up nicely everywhere. ITV Wales also looking excellent, they've certainly benefitted from their move to Cardiff Bay.
I must say that ITV Wales produced some very good overnight coverage, which was especially impressive as it saw an ITV PLC region opting out of the network for several hours, for both the overnight coverage and in the debates and special programmes leading up to the election, something which is very rarely seen these days. Looking back at the livestream, and the bits in-between the two main programmes have been kept (such as the GMB bulletins), which do sort of let the side down. They had an actual report on the results (reports being very rare in the morning bulletins these days), but because they only have 2 minutes, quickly linked to that, and then straight into the weather - would have been nice for the regional bulletins to be longer, as I believe they were on Breakfast. If a region is unable to fill the time, they could have always shown a promo, as happens on Breakfast between the end of the local news and the TOTH sometimes.
