Hi again,

Thanks for all of your comments. I'd like to address a few of them specifically...

I think you should change the text alignment on the correspondant's name straps so that it aligns to the left. As opposed to the current set up where the text seems to be in the middle of the strap with a lot of unused space to the right. I appreciate you are keeping to safe areas but it would neaten things up if it was to the left!

Aligning to the left looked, IMO, quite messy, hence why it is aligned to the right, and to the 4:3 Safe area. If I really wanted to bring back the N24 tower, then I could remove the unused space, but then it looks quite aged, blocky, and not that nice at all. I hope that explains why I've done that... An example of left-aligning, and bringing back the tower, as it were, would be:

They're both rough adjustments, but they don't seem as pleasing, in my eyes.

Also, I'd like to address the comments about the 'NEWS' font next to the BBC logo.

I understand your points of view, and agree that it doesn't look just right. In my next wave of updates, I may well change it so the 'NEWS' font is Gill Sans, and the rest is Swiss, to make the BBC Logo look nicer, next to News. Also in my next update, are things that include:

- Examples of National and Local News strap designs
- More programme-orientated OSG examples, and
- Countdown graphics, and maybe even a few programme title end-boards

We'll have to agree to disagree here becuae I think this looks a lot better albeit rather un-innovative.

Apologies for the lack of updates to this mock, but I've finally got around to uploading some more.

First off, some nice Weather straps:

And, an update to the 'Breaking News' strap, taking into account suggested new design:

And, a Countdown image:

It's not much of an update, but hopefully it's a nice-enough one!
