Hey does anyone of you know the software used in the text presentation of news on the BBC world, CNN, Aljazeera & many other news networks.

If you mean onscreen graphics, BBC News 24 / World are currently using VizRT (http://www.vizrt.com/) which is also used by several other news companies.
