Thanks to my good colleague over at Webfax we have found that instrumental track used during The Mint and ITV Breakdowns.
It's called WINGS by J.Y. D'Angelo / K. Rustam from library CD KOKA MEDIA KOK 2001 (album title DRIVIN' USA).
A good track.
