If your file doesn't loop well when set to repeat as it currently is, use Audacity and find two points in the waveform where the sound is the same - first being the start point of the section you'll loop, second being the end point - and select the whole area between these two.
When you copy and paste that bit of the audio, you then have something that 'joins up' correctly - otherwise it'll sound like it skips at the loop point. To find two matching points you may have to do a lot of zooming in, to precisely select the right points.
I wish I could explain it better than that, but that's as well as I can do. It may not be necessary but I thought it was worth a mention.
