This will help you find most of the commercially available ones.

Dont' know what you mean by the current one, but last time I checked it was either Natasha Bedingfield's These Words or that Sergio Mendes number.

I'm not sure if they've changed it recently, but the last time I saw one, it was Eddie Grant's Electric Avenue.



If they're more recent, they may still be available to view on Visit4Info which has a vast database of ads.
