BBC One (Previous Look) Breakdown Music

I was watching a video on You Tube this evening featuring the BBC One Power Black-Out and the subsequent breakdown music. I was wondering if anyone had or knew of the BBC One Breakdown music?

I know it's a long-shot but much appreciated if anyone could help.

If this is the 'standard' breakdown piece which seems to be played whenver the channel dies unexpectedly, then it's a piece from the Atmosphere music library called "Against the Clock".

Any more details?

EDIT: Forget that, I was assuming this request was about the Breakdown/Coming Up music from the Dancers era (i.e. blinds/shutters graphics)
