BBC News 24 Caption used during the June 2000 Power Cut

Hello .I'm quite new on the forum and I wanted to find this for quite some time but I am unable to find it. It's this caption in the background that was seen during the April 2000 BBC Power Cut in this video here at 0:38 :

I want to find it without all of this text obscuring it.

This graphic? Yes it was the "generic" or weekend national titles during the time of the power cut, used till 2003.

and on screensavers and wallpapers within the BBC.

I suspect that it was a case of anything they could find to replace the test card they originally put up

Just slap the "NEWS 24" text onto Bail's mock and call it a day.
