Sky One - 'Torch'

Hi there!

I've come up with a new idea for Sky One (Yes, again...).

It works as though someone is shining a torch at the screen, at certain areas of the ident.

First of all, the ident starts like this:

The torch is shining at the centre of the screen, which shows whatever the day is.

It then moves to the upper-left of the screen to show the programme that is about to be shown, before moving to the upper-right of the screen to show what's on next, and then to the bottom-right to show what is on after that. The ident finishes with the torch ending in the middle, showing the day again.

Of course, many different versions of this could be made, with different colours, different movements etc. the possibilities seem endless!

To be honest ,the idea has been recycled on 3 different threads.

But your mocks are ok.

I love the logo - it's fresh, upbeat and the corners give a raw...home video type feely to it.
That I like.

Not too keen on the torch idea though. I can't visualise a pace that would make it look decent whilst letting you actually read it. If I saw it in video form I'm sure it's quite possible my opinion on that could change.
